It strengthened relationships and presented these past 70 years with a look to the future. Event objectives: 400 guests in attendance, top quality, exceptional ambient experience.

The task was to redesign an esports Arena in Berlin for Riot Games to house competitions for both League of Legends and Valorant esports. The arena would house a live audience of 200+ spectators for an eight month championship series for both videogame titles. The objectives were to provide an amazing fan experience in a dedicated fan zone, and an amazing player experience that included both back and front of house facilities including a broadcast arena and analyst studio area. The goal was to bring esports to another level that activated fans and created buzz.

When Zagreb couriers organized protests in February 2023, dissatisfied with the new Labor Law that regulates platform work for the first time, the general public’s misunderstanding of the new job market and the topic became apparent. As a communications agency, our goal is to encourage constructive dialogue and educate the public. We decided to initiate a conversation about the concept of the gig economy and the specifics of platform work. The key activity was organizing the GIG conference, the first Croatian conference on the gig economy, which brought together representatives of the world’s largest platforms, intermediaries (aggregators), the business community, users, service providers, and legislators.

Zlatý Klinec, or translated- The Golden Nail, is the most important competition for the most creative advertising in Slovakia, which has been organised annually since 1994. The only brief this year was the theme: Age of AI. The client gave us complete freedom in the creative process, thus gave us with their trust, for which we are very grateful, because without it, it would not have happened.
We used AI in every part, in every technical input: consultant in the creation of the creative, music dramaturgy, lyrics and script, creation of visuality and visuals, moderation and pre-event buzz.
We set ourselves the goal – to take the quality of the event to an even higher level, to present A.I. responsibly to people from the advertising industry, to change the mood in society about AI. To introduce A.I. as a helping hand for people in the creative industry, not a scourge of employment, to break the fears and negative connotation.

Higher Cloud Level was the most significant Microsoft B2B campaign in Poland within 30 years of brand’s presence on the local market. The reason of the campaign was opening in Poland the first cloud region in CEE – a fact of a great impact on the local economy: not only does it cause lower data latency (faster processing), but also enables so called fragile industries (like public administration or banking) to start using the largest trusted cloud infrastructure in the world (due to law regulations saying that data processing must be within country borders). This opened a great market for MSFT cloud services.

After all, the strategy and the new Kia EV9 are novelty and quality in every aspect. The goal was to showcase the car in a truly innovative way that would align with the brand’s global strategy, in a location that would really accentuate all its mentioned features.

FIS 100 Party was a part of the five-day FIS Spring Meeting conference. The party was hosted in Portorož by the Grando Salt Storehouse. In the first phase, we helped the client to resolve the challenge related to setting up an innovative winter après ski “meeting area”. In the second phase, we also took care of the majority of the technical design for the wardrobe, the decoration of the outdoor space by the sea, guest handling, and the party with a DJ. The event was attended by around 700 participants from the world of winter sports, precisely 14 disciplines from around the world.

On 29 September 2023, Vattenfall and partners BASF & Allianz opened ‘Hollandse Kust Zuid’, the world’s first subsidy-free offshore wind farm! We came up with the idea of a ‘Human Turbine’ in which the king would play an important role. Objectives: Acknowledge the achievement, our enthusiasm and pride. Mark the occasion. Create a unique official opening Involve stakeholders: local and regional politicians and the next generation. Generate media attention for the major steps being taken by Vattenfall to achieve its sustainability ambitions.

On Saturday, July 20, the lake glowed for the fifty-second time in a row in the light of 10,000 lights in eggshells made by local resident Andrej Vidic. The event appeals to locals but also fascinates visitors, as the lights are lit up in a magical guise only once a year.

“The National Memory Congress. History Speaks Through Generations” is an event we organized for the Institute of National Remembrance (in Polish: Instytut Pamięci Narodowej, abbreviated as IPN), a state unit responsible, among other things, for the protection of national heritage. The event took place at the National Stadium in Warsaw, the largest stadium in Poland, with an area of over 200,000 square meters. Nearly 20,000 people participated in the three-day event, including as much as 70 percent children. The aim of the congress was to build national identity among the youngest and to strengthen civic awareness among adults in the difficult times of the threat from Russia. We wanted to create a platform for intergenerational integration, where grandparents, parents, and children could spend time together in an interesting and engaging way, getting to know the history of their country better. The event won the Meeting Planner Power Awards® 2023 in the Congress category.

The number of accidents and injuries due to the boom of e-scooters and e-bikes, which can be compared to motorcycle accidents, is increasing dramatically. 50% of injured or dead e-scooter drivers are not wearing a helmet, while excessive speed is the most frequent cause for these accidents. Triglav, the leading insurance company in the region in the field of mobility-related insurances, wished to develop an attractive programme that would promote the reinforcement of skills for a safe cohabitation in common traffic areas through experience/participation. Thus, the Micro-mobility Junction was born in cooperation with Promotiva, a company dedicated to the organisation of complex and innovative event-related solutions. This is the first meeting-place (and not a training range) where users of various speeds and ages and with different limitations can meet to reinforce their traffic cohabitation skills. During the event, participants of different generations can test various means of micro-mobility, including the ones used by disabled people in traffic, which helps them to develop empathy for other users of traffic surfaces. The event is organised in different towns, local communities, and schools.

The biggest sporting event in the history of Hungary, the 19th World Athletics Championships was hosted in Budapest from 19 to 27 August 2023. More than 2,000 athletes from over 200 countries came to Hungary to take part in the world’s third biggest sporting event. The World Athletics Championships Budapest 23 was the first World Athletics Championship to follow the objectives of the World Athletics Sustainability Strategy 2020 and the guidelines of the Athletics for a Better World Program.

In July 2023, Maribor hosted the 17th Summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF), under the European Olympic Committees (EOC). The entire festival spanned eight days. This biennial festival is the largest sporting event for young athletes aged 14 to 18. Participants from 48 countries competed in 11 sports: athletics, road cycling and mountain biking, judo, basketball 3×3, volleyball, swimming, handball, skateboarding, gymnastics, and tennis. There were 122 competitions and 712 medals awarded. The city welcomed 6,957 participants, including 2,420 athletes, 73 national team leaders, 1,041 coaches, administrative, technical and medical staff, 62 national Olympic committee representatives, 595 technical delegates and staff, and 186 journalists from 34 countries. Additionally, 862 volunteers, including 192 from abroad, supported the event. Each day, approximately 6,100 visitors from Slovenia and abroad attended the competitions.

Kia is a committed supporter of the League of Legends e-Sports European Championship, the LEC. Ahead of the 2023 tournament finals, they wanted to create a local, never before seen concept, a unique event, that would engage the local LoL and gaming community, by not only offering traditional product and logo placement during the broadcasts, but also to engage homegrown LoL fans in Hungary in an interactive way, in a brand experience that could be enjoyed by everyone. We asked three popular gamer influencers to recruit teams from their large fan base and compete against each other in League of Legends battles. The fight wasn’t easy, as they had to overcome various challenges that provided an extra entertainment factor for fans.

KLANGLICHT – a mockup word of “klang” (=sound) and “licht” (light) – is organised on behalf of the theaters and stages of Graz with the intent to bring the magic of two central elements of the theatre out into the public space. With the means of light and sound, people are inspired and touched, emotions are awakened and create moments of wonder. For three days, art reveals a kaleidoscope of moods and fantasies, attracting more than 100.000 visitors every year. Since 2015, KLANGLICHT, the Festival of Sound and Vision, has transformed the Styr-ian capital into a world of art, music, colour and light. What began back then with a light and sound installation in front of Graz Opera House has developed into Austria’s largest light and sound festival. In its eighth edition, KLANGLICHT 2023 took its visitors on an artistic search for traces in art, in history and in environment and was certified as a “Green Event” for the first time.

In December 2023, Visual Europe Group organized a captivating drone show at Heim Pál Children’s Hospital in Budapest, Hungary. Featuring 380 drones, the show presented a synchronized light and music display that created a festive atmosphere. The event took place in the hospital’s Fairy Garden, ensuring maximum visibility and accessibility for all patients and staff. This initiative was part of the charity Santa Run and aimed to bring holiday joy to the hospital community. The primary purpose of the event was to bring joy and wonder to the children and healthcare workers during the holiday season. By combining advanced drone technology with festive lights and music, the event sought to create a memorable and uplifting experience that would resonate with both patients and staff.

Vitanest was established on 6 May 1999. It deals with the import and distribution of air conditioning, ventilation and heating units. In April and May 2024, we prepared various events to celebrate our 25th anniversary in the community of business partners, which are a key element of our growth and success. On May 31, 2024, we symbolically ended the celebration. The anniversary event for 300 guests was held on Friday in our warehouse. It ran from late afternoon to midnight. We organized a cerminonial and entertaining part, a banquet with food and drink. We highlighted the company activitity, organization, teamwork, importance of the community and each individual, and above all generosity. Traditionally, we organize entertaining gatherings. In this way, we strengthen the involvement and connection with the community of companies involved in the architectural designing, engeneering, sale, installation, maintenance and servicing of air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps.

Approximately 5,000 participants came to the event which exhibited the 100 leading hi-tech companies in Israel. Companies presented a wide variety of technologies, including data center technologies, information analysis, AI, cyber security, DevOps & SRE, cloud solutions, automation, technologies to improve customer experience and more . At this year’s Expo, we challenged invited to set aside all that is familiar, recognizable and expected… to explore and challenge the relationship between humanity and technology and to discover the critical synergy between them.

We came up with a concept of ESET EXPERIENCE. The ESET EXPERIENCE was designed to immerse attendees in ESETs World and demonstrate how the company protects the future.

CRS: Stay Together. Don’t be indifferent, El Padre, Poland

The “Stay Together. Don’t Be Indifferent” charity concert was organized on the 1st anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The event took place in Rzeszów, where all humanitarian and military aid deliveries for Ukraine land. The concert was watched live by 1,500 people as well as over a million people on television in Poland and Ukraine. During the concert, a fundraising campaign for Ukraine was conducted – Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) is the operator of the bank account created on behalf of the National Bank of Ukraine. Therefore, our main goals were: 1. to say thank you to those involved in helping Ukraine; 2. to foster a sense of solidarity and strengthen Polish-Ukrainian bonds in response to false Russian propaganda aimed at dividing the two nations; 3. to support those fighting in Ukraine through a strong message that they are not alone in their struggle, 4. to communicate the BGK bank account number, which handles all financial support for Ukraine.

As the leading platform for all things sneakers, this 3-day competition aimed to highlight the creativity and talent within the sneaker community. Our goals were to break stereotypes, provide real opportunities for young creatives, and generate excitement around the innovative spirit of sneaker culture.

CRS: The XXVII Nationwide Song and XVII Dance Festival opening, Meduza Events

Energy can be created not only by water, wind, or the sun; there is great amount of energy in each of us. The XXVII Nationwide Song and XVII Dance Festival was opened in a very unique and energetic way. At this festival, Elektrum created an opportunity for participants and visitors to be in a unified energy flow, enhancing the joy of the celebration and truly generating positive energy. Elektrum festival arch, located in Old Riga, symbolically opened the festival parade, and before it, with the help of a specially designed kinetic floor, the energy was created by all participants. Every step, jump, dance move was measured. Special energy strip accumulated kinetic energy, converted it into kilowatt-hours, and counted total amount of energy. Together for almost 9 hours non-stop 40.000 participants created 715 kWh! With this amount of energy, about 7000 mobile phones can be charged, or an electric car can cross Latvia more than four times

CRS: NLB Investor Day: New Capital Horizons, NLB d.d., Slovenia

It can be done, and it can be done admirably! Namely: organizing a multiday, multidimensional, and multisensory conference with compelling programme for three target publics from all over the world. This was NLB Investor Day: New Capital Horizons. The key objective of the event, held in May 2024 in Ljubljana, and which gathered 200 people, while almost 400 people followed it online, was to present NLB Group’s business strategy to global investors and strengthen the reputation and trust in NLB, resulting in an increased visibility and share price growth, topped with favourable media reporting. We also wished to strengthen the ties with representatives of key companies from South-Eastern Europe where banks from NLB Group operate; and to promote sustainable ideas from the region. The core event Investor Day on May 9 was supported by Slovenian and Croatian Investor Conference powered by NLB a day later, and an attractive hospitality programme, presenting the magic of Slovenia.
