STARMUS, a global festival celebrating science, communication, and art, brings together the brightest minds on the planet. This year, STARMUS took place in Bratislava, Slovakia, with ESET as a proud partner. ESET as a partner felt this as an unique opportunity to connect it with ESET WORLD own festival with topic cyber security and on top of that ask us to present Eset as a leader in cyber security with own dedicated EVENT. BUT HOW? We came up with a concept of ESET EXPERIENCE. The ESET EXPERIENCE was designed to immerse attendees in ESETs World and demonstrate how the company protects the future. Objectives: • Increase brand awareness of ESET globally • Promote brand perception of ESET as a supporter of science. • Grew business value with potential customers Target audience 1/ Starmus & Eset World VIP guests 2/ Eset Top management & employees 3/ Journalists 4/ Analysts 5/ ESET Customers, Channel Partners and Resellers

We transformed the Old Market Hall into an EXPERIENCE, an immersive space through outstanding, tailor-made set design. ESET's story was projected onto a uniquely designed sphere and LED screens, synchronized with live performances. The ESET Experience guided our audience through the values and history of ESET and the origins of the first viruses, showcased current hacker attacks, and presented the company‘s future vision. The tailor-made sphere not only served as a tool for content projection, but also acted as “protective shield," which is a direct reference of cybersecurity. With our creative concept, advanced technologies, and rich content, we aimed to visually bring 30 years of ESET closer. This event was exceptional from both creative and production perspectives.

Innovation

The ESET Experience was designed as a complex and integrated event where production and technology created an outstanding masterpiece with a significant reputational impact. We transformed the Old Market Hall into an immersive space where the entire program and visual effects culminated in a spectacular show that engaged attendees' senses. Upon entering the venue, attendees found themselves in the Hall of Fame, which led directly to the stage with the main screen. The event featured 1 film production, 130 animations, 100 complementary graphics, 30 sound designs, and AI voiceovers. We transformed the Old Market Hall into an immersive space through outstanding, tailor-made set design. ESET's story was projected onto a uniquely designed sphere and LED screens, synchronized with live performances. The tailor-made sphere with a 1.5-meter diameter served also as a "protective shield," symbolizing ESET´s cybersecurity. ESET Experience was designed as an innovative event where production and technologies brought outstanding masterpiece and leaving a significant reputation impact.

Execution

We covered 3 locations with 3 production teams each with its own program interaction and engagement. 1. Eset World & Starmus Opening Cocktail: It all began at the majestic Bratislava Castle, where we set the stage for an opulent opening cocktail party to toast to the beginning of an epic journey and enjoy Starmus program. All of this was happening accompanied with pleasant music and breathtaking views of city of Bratislava. 2. Starmus Concert VIP Zone: Attendees were transported to the VIP area within Incheba Expo Arena, where the STARMUS concert took place. The legendary performances of Jean-Michel Jarre and rock icon Brian May created an unforgettable show for thousands of people. The whole performance was accompanied by a spectacular laser show, drones, and other visual effects. 3. ESET Experience Event: All of this led to the ESET Experience, an outstanding presentation and celebration of ESET. We designed the event with ESET as a leader in cybersecurity and as a company with more than 30 years of history. The Old Market Hall was transformed into an immersive space where the story of ESET was introduced by projecting content on a uniquely designed sphere and LED screens, synchronized with live performances. The breathtaking show was just the opening of the event, where the dramaturgy walked us through the history, present, and vision of ESET. Immersive projection: To create a truly unique experience, the dominant element of the scenography was a large spherical projection, symbolizing protection against attacks—a protective shield. LED technology: We also use several LED screens to further enhance the visual effects and theme of the event. Dramaturgy: The idea of ESET EXPERIENCE was to experience ESET and understand how protects the future. The ESET Experience guided our audience through the values and HIstory of ESET and the origins of the first viruses, showcased current hacker attacks, and presented the company‘s future vision.
