Payments
Payment is possible online by credit card or by bank transfer. If you choose payment by bank transfer, we will send you a pro-forma invoice with all the bank details. If you choose payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment page once you place the order.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent by the organiser when the payment is received.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the organiser.
Cancellation costs
- Cancellation before 10 August 2024 – 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Cancellation after 11 August 2024 – no refund will be given after this date.

TRAVELLING TO THE EVENT
• By plane
The closest airport to Ljubljana is the Ljubljana Airport. From there, you can use several comfortable taxis, shuttle services or bus lines connecting the airport with Ljubljana’s city centre. Other airport options are
• Zagreb Airport (ZAG), some 149 km away,
• Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE), some 232km away,
• Venice Treviso Airport (TSF), some 228km away.
• By train

• By bus

TRANSPORT OPTIONS IN THE CITY
• On foot
The city centre is closed as a pedestrian area and as such perfect to reach the event venue on foot. Depending on the choice of accommodation it is just a matter of minutes to reach the venue. Some of the hotels, whose information we provided above are as close as 5 minutes walking distance.
• By Bus
The city has several bus lines, which you can use by paying upon entering the buses (acceptable form of payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal). From the main bus or railway station, bus line No. X will take you to the conference venue’s immediate vicinity.
• By car
Parking in Ljubljana is payable during daylight hours, with exceptions on Sunday. There is also the option of parking in various city and public parking garages. However, we encourage you to use more sustainable means of transport. Or at the least suggest you park in your hotel and walk to the event’s venue if your accommodation is in the city centre.
• By bicycle
Ljubljana’s public Bicycle rental system has multiple docking stations all around the city. To become a user, you need an e-mail address and a PIN code, as well as the “Urbana” city card or Bicike(LJ) app. The cost of a yearly subscription is € 3.
VENUE
Center Rog, located on Trubarjeva cesta 72, will set an interesting and elegant setting for the event. All the halls also have access for mobility-impaired people.
Venue for the Conventa Best Event Award Ceremony is Ljubljana Castle, which overlooks Ljubljana’s old city centre and is accessible by the funicular and for those wanting to stretch their legs by foot as well.
DRESS CODE
Dress code during the day in Center Rog is smart casual, while for the evening Award Ceremony at Ljubljana Castle we recommend an elegant attire.
