At this year's Expo, we challenged invited to set aside all that is familiar, recognizable and expected… to explore and challenge the relationship between humanity and technology and to discover the critical synergy between them. Since 10/7 we all realize Thet established concepts are no longer valid. We can't continue to think, believe and live as we used to. We need to get out of the box, rethink the obvious. This synergy between the human dimension & technology was the concept of the expo this year

Creativity

At the Expo this year, we invite the audience to stretch and examine the boundaries between the humans dimension and technology, to discover how this synergy is manifested through Bynet, as a leader and a role model in the peak of technology. Bynet is the crucible that combines technology and humanity in a new and powerful way. Bynet's technological expertise and agility allow us, the customers, to reach more, to improve & to go beyond.

Innovation

We tried to think of how to bring to the Expo the young, bold, daring generation of developers that represents the new technological era. So what did we do? We put together a focus group! With this focus group's findings, we chose to bring the world of "DEEP TECH - a classification aimed at providing technological solutions based on significant scientific or engineering challenges, with innovative technological foundations. The young generation of the technological world - the programmers, developers, and startups - are always looking for the idea that will take new technologies a step (or preferably several steps) forward, the application that is a breakthrough in the society's content they belong to, the disruptive technological thinking, border-breaking. The solution that gives the company's customers an advantage in the technological world they operate in. On the stage were introduced short and fascinating lectures that present a different concept of the known technology, amazing study cases, From the world of Kaleidoo bynet's subsidiary and the companies with which it cooperates - such as: NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google, Dell, Melanox.

Execution

The graphic language - the graphic language creates an original and spectacular visual connection between the human dimension and technology. Every visual we created with AI combines elements from the physical world that undergo a kind of transformation and integrate into the technological world. The design of the event - the entrance to the expo was through an LED tunnel illustrating through the connection and transformation of man and technology. From the tunnel, the guests moved to an avenue of LED strips on which it was shown elements from the physical world that undergo a kind of transformation and integrate into the technological world. for example a tree that turns into an illuminated cyber tower, a person that changes into a robot and a cloud in the sky that turns into a cyber cloud. The boulevard led to stairs that take the guests up to a balcony 5 meters above the exhibition (presented the entire exhibition in a panoramic way) There the guests "came across" an artificial waterfall with real trees "planted" around it. The waterfall spills into a Cyber Fish Lake. The Expo Center - the Bynet Pavilion was placed in the center of the exhibition as an illustration that Bynet is the center and connection between man and technology. Above the central pavilion hung a LED ball with a diameter of 3 meters. The ball conveyed by video art the connection between the worlds. The items - in each limited period of time we "took control" of all the computers and screens (including those of the exhibitors) and created an item that combined conceptual messages and a group of dancers that emerged from all ends of the exhibition and concentrated in the Bynet Pavilion with musical accompaniment.

Measurable results

9300 registrants, over 5200 participants actually arrived / nearly 100 exhibitors / the (sponsored) exhibitors scanned over 2500 leads. Another impressive achievement, the central plenum contained more than 1,300 spectators - this is a new record for the Bynet Expo exhibition.

Communication

A large-scale marketing and communication system was built in all business media tools, starting with LinkedIn, a dedicated website, email communications, videos for specialized focus groups, and more At the beginning of the project, an impressive sponsorship presentation was prepared for the recruitment of suitable sponsorships for the exhibition Registration for the exhibition was carried out simultaneously through the dedicated website and through the fair center where the exhibition was presented A dedicated registration system was built for the event and contains all possible information Parts of the event were even broadcast on television, many reporters came to the event

Sustainable practices

Most of the media we used to advertise and market the event was digital media. In addition, in the exhibition itself we used real trees and plants and not plastic, we also used as many LED screens as possible in order to reduce the amount of printing. All the printing that made for the event was passed on for recycling, the furniture that was purchased and not rented was donated to families of evacuees who were evacuated from their homes starting October 7.
